This equipment is the most necessary machine for reinforced concrete pipes, our company are expert in the business of supplying the whole production line for RCC pipes.
1.Working Principle:
This machine includes three plates, one is the main plate rotating, the second plate is pushing wire, the other plate is used to diameter-transformed automaticly. The three plates are controlled and drove by it’s own motor and variable frequency control system.
2.Feature
A. Both flush joint cage, and socket joint cage, the angel of the bell can be adjusted.
B. PLC digital control system, and synchronous ratio, frequency converter, which promise the longitude steel bar straight, and the same span of the latitude steel bars.
C. One model machine can weld different diameter cages for the reinforced pipes, from 300 to 3000mm, length from 1 to 4 meter, this machine si multi-function, and man-machine interaction, easy to operate and maintenance.
